Balanced Scorecard: Before You Begin; Training and Communication (Chapters Three and Four)

Every major organizational initiative needs proper planning, and designing a Balanced Scorecard is no exception. Chapter three is important for those who have never attempted strategic planning before. It deals with executive sponsorship, what organization levels to begin on, and who should be part of a Balanced Scorecard development team. For those who have done this sort of work before, those are familiar topics, so I will not cover them at length.
